    • Review, bid, and help the Board select all community vendors, including but not limited to landscaping and snow removal, general maintenance and repair, arborists, pond management, pool management, cleaning, water/sewer operators, and security services.

    • Receive, track, and manage all homeowner service requests and vendor work orders.

    • Perform regular inspections of the property and suggest guidance to the Board.

    • Create RFPs, bid, and manage large capital and reserve projects.
